(the “Fund”) announces that the distribution rate for the preferred shares (the “Preferred Shares”) for the 5-year term from April 30, 2024 to April 27, 2029 will be $0.70 per Preferred Share per annum (7.0% on the par value of $10.00) payable quarterly.
