(“HPS”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of twenty-nine cents ($0.29) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and a quarterly cash dividend of twenty-nine cents ($0.29) per Class B Common Share of HPS, representing an increase of $0.015 or 5.5%. The dividend will be payable on September 24, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 17, 2026. The ex-dividend date is September 17, 2026.
